1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ckck4 platform at ckck4.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ckck4 platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the website, and any person who interacts with any part of the service. ckck4 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at ckck4.org/terms-conditions, and the effective date will be noted at the top of the document.

2Eligibility

Use of ckck4 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. ckck4 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ckck4 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that use of ckck4 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ckck4 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology suppliers.
• You must have only one registered account with ckck4. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, household, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

ckck4 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during your use of the platform. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in any request may result in account restriction or closure.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of ckck4, including depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and placing bets, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and is completed via the ckck4 website. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If you already hold an account with ckck4 and wish to open a new one — for example following a previous account closure — you must contact support at [email protected] before registering again. Attempting to circumvent this rule by using a different email address, mobile number, or payment method will result in permanent exclusion.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ckck4 immediately at [email protected].
• ckck4 may at any time request documentary verification of the information provided during registration. This includes but is not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.
• ckck4 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account, account balance, bonuses, or any other entitlements associated with your account to any other person.

ckck4 reserves the right to decline any application for account registration without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. Registration is not guaranteed and does not constitute an entitlement to use the platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ckck4 facilitates deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. ckck4 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted. If ckck4 identifies a deposit from a third-party payment method, the deposit will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method's withdrawal capabilities. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, ckck4 may require completion of KYC verification. Players who have not yet provided satisfactory identity documentation may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is complete. ckck4 will not be liable for delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation.
• ckck4 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

ckck4 does not accept cash deposits or payments by postal order, bank cheque, or cryptocurrency. All financial transactions must be conducted through the approved payment methods listed in the cashier. Using an unapproved payment method may result in the transaction being voided and the account being reviewed.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ckck4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of an individual offer, the specific terms of that offer shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the specified time will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts. Attempting to transfer, sell, or exchange bonuses with other players will be treated as a prohibited activity and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• ckck4 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn or cancelled while you are actively using it, the bonus will be removed from your account but any real-money winnings generated from genuine play prior to the cancellation will be retained.
• ckck4 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using wagering strategies that constitute low-risk cycling of bonus funds, providing false information to qualify for a bonus, and any form of collusion between players for the purpose of bonus exploitation.
• Bonuses credited in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or system malfunction — are not valid and may be removed from your account at any time. ckck4 is not obligated to honour bonuses that were issued due to an error, and no compensation will be payable in respect of any such removal.

ckck4 seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), BPL season, and IPL season — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Participation in any seasonal promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on ckck4 are governed by the rules of the respective game or market, as set by the relevant game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi) or sports data provider. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held in ckck4's system shall be considered final and binding, subject to any applicable technical error review.

• ckck4 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been placed or conducted in error, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets that were accepted due to a technical fault, and bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a data feed error.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or market are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. ckck4 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at any time, without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so including but not limited to suspected advantage play or patterns of unusual betting behaviour.
• In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a game round or bet settlement, ckck4 will make reasonable efforts to restore the state of the game to the point immediately before the failure and complete the round. Where this is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned. ckck4's decision in such matters is final.
• Cricket betting markets on ckck4 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Settlement of cricket markets follows the official scorecard as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB). Markets will be settled within 24 hours of the official result being confirmed. In the event of a match being abandoned or no result declared, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7Responsible Gaming

ckck4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to prevent problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and may be activated at any time by contacting [email protected] or through the account settings section of the platform.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you deposit into your ckck4 account. Requests to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease a deposit limit will take effect immediately.
• Time-out: You may request a temporary break from the ckck4 platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Time-out periods cannot be reduced once activated. At the end of a time-out period, your account will be automatically reactivated unless you request a longer exclusion.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from ckck4 for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and you will be prevented from registering a new account. ckck4 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across its platform.
• Reality checks: You may activate session time reminders that will notify you at regular intervals (every 30, 60, or 120 minutes) of the time elapsed during your current gaming session. This tool is designed to help you maintain awareness of how long you have been playing.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckck4 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. ckck4 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, referral bonuses, or other first-time player promotions. All bonus entitlements are on a one-per-player, one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-device basis.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any aspect of the ckck4 platform. ckck4 employs automated detection systems to identify non-human activity and will act immediately upon detection.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing hole-card information in live poker games, coordinating bets to guarantee mutual profit, or any other form of collaborative cheating that distorts the natural outcome of any game.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, glitch, or misconfiguration in the ckck4 platform to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a technical error that may provide an unfair advantage, you are required to report it immediately to [email protected] and refrain from exploiting it. Deliberate exploitation of any error will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

ckck4 monitors all account and transaction activity for compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Any account found to be engaged in a prohibited activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation. ckck4's determination of whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding, subject to any formal dispute resolution process available under these terms.

9Account Suspension and Termination

ckck4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Where ckck4 has reason to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, or participating in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Where ckck4 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority. In such cases, ckck4 may not be able to disclose the reason for the account action to the player.
• Where a player has requested account closure through the self-exclusion process described in Section 7. In all cases of account closure, any real-money balance remaining in a closed account (after deducting any bonus funds and associated winnings generated from bonus play) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ckck4 platform, including but not limited to: the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, marketing materials, and brand name, is the intellectual property of ckck4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the ckck4 platform without the prior written consent of ckck4.

Game content made available on the ckck4 platform is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The intellectual property rights in that game content remain with the respective providers. ckck4 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content and provides access to such content under license only.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckck4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer or device damage, or any other commercial loss, even if ckck4 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

ckck4's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ckck4 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

ckck4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ckck4.org/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account with ckck4, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ckck4 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13Amendments to These Terms

ckck4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ckck4 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law) may take effect immediately without notice.

Your continued use of the ckck4 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and ckck4, the player should first contact our support team at [email protected] in writing, providing full details of the dispute. ckck4 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 working days of receiving written notice. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, ckck4 may, at its discretion, agree to independent third-party mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation.
